Title: Senior System Administrator
Location: Hybrid in Columbus (3 days onsite)
Duration: Contract guaranteed through EOY with likely extensions through 2026
Hourly Rate: 50-70/hr
Education/Years of Experience Required:
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline and seven (7) years’ experience in system administration. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
Top 3 requirements:
- Azure - Server Deployment
- CISCO-UCS – Very important and niche
- SAN Net App – Zoning and configuring
Additional information:
- LinkUs is still in the planning phase; it will be a year until we are talking about supporting it
- Not project work, more of an operational position, there are a total of 4 SAs in the department
- The primary work location is 33 N. High Street, could be needed at McKinley or Fields, but that would be an as-needed instance, and we have a shuttle that goes to all locations.
- On-call work would be an 8-week rotation.

- MUST HAVE GOOD COMMS AND PERSONALITY
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Strong working knowledge of Active Directory Federation Services and Azure.
- Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Online and Office 365.
- Experience with VMware troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, VB Script).
- Knowledge of Cisco suite of network protocols and implementation and support of TCP/IP networks.
- Experience with NetApp clustered storage Systems.
- Experience with Genetec video surveillance systems.
