Wavelynx is looking for a proactive Marketing Manager with a strong background in content strategy to drive integrated marketing initiatives, support sales, and increase brand visibility. In this role, you’ll help plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, manage the content calendar, and collaborate across the organization to ensure strategic alignment.
You’ll serve as a key contributor to our go-to-market efforts—building content that fuels demand generation, strengthens our positioning, and drives meaningful engagement across multiple audiences. Your work will reinforce our brand and value proposition while also supporting lead capture, sales enablement, and partner growth.
This role is ideal for someone who brings both creative and strategic marketing skills, with a focus on content and the ability to dig in and get your hands dirty. In addition to seeing the bigger picture of campaign execution, event marketing, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation
- Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with marketing and sales goals.
- Manage the editorial calendar and ensure consistent, high-quality content delivery across platforms.
- Create and/or oversee the development of blog posts, ebooks, case studies, infographics, videos, presentations, sales collateral, and more.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, internal teams, and external partners to bring compelling content to life.
- Ensure all content reflects our brand voice, values, and key messaging.
Campaign & Program Execution
- Work with sales and marketing stakeholders to plan and execute multi-touch campaigns for awareness, lead generation, and engagement.
- Align content creation with campaign objectives, product launches, and partner initiatives.
- Support nurture programs and buyer journey mapping with appropriate content and sequencing.
Event Support
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and promote events, webinars, and industry trade shows.
- Create pre- and post-event communications, presentations, and on-site assets to maximize impact.
Lead Generation & Measurement
- Build lead magnets and gated content to support pipeline growth.
- Partner with marketing operations to measure campaign and content performance.
- Monitor key metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion rates) and use data to optimize future efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally with a blend of content and campaign ownership.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, adaptable across formats and audiences.
- Experience building content for various stages of the sales funnel (TOF, MOF, BOF).
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and integrating keywords strategically.
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the physical security, cybersecurity, or technology industries.
- Familiarity with video production and graphic design tools.
- Comfortable using AI tools to support content creation and ideation.
