The Opportunity
Verkada is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to lead and empower our team of Embedded Field Sales Enablement Leads. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, execution, and continuous improvement of enablement programs directly embedded within our field sales teams. You will be instrumental in driving sales productivity, accelerating revenue growth, and ensuring our sales organization has the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to excel. This is an exciting opportunity to build and scale a high-impact enablement function within a rapidly growing organization.
What You'll Do
- Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of high-performing Embedded Field Sales Enablement Leads. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
- Strategic Alignment: Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and other key stakeholders to understand business priorities, sales strategies, and field needs. Translate these insights into impactful enablement strategies and programs.
- Program Vision and Execution: Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for embedded field sales enablement programs. Oversee the design, development, and delivery of targeted learning experiences, tools, and resources that directly support sales execution at the field level.
- Embedded Enablement Model: Champion and refine the embedded enablement model, ensuring embedded leads are effectively integrated within their respective sales teams and are seen as trusted advisors.
- Content Strategy and Management: Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to ensure the creation and delivery of relevant, high-quality, and easily accessible sales content, tailored to specific needs and sales stages.
- Sales Process and Methodology Expertise: Ensure enablement programs reinforce and drive adoption of core sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Performance Measurement and Impact: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of embedded enablement programs. Analyze data, identify trends, and implement continuous improvements to maximize impact on sales productivity and revenue.
- Technology and Tools: Evaluate and leverage sales enablement technologies and tools to optimize program delivery, track progress, and enhance the overall sales experience.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships with Sales Operations, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and training.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate enablement strategies, progress, and results to key stakeholders, including executive leadership.

Annual Pay Range
At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs)
Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).
