Essential Functions
- Supports badging operations. Maintain supplies and service of systems. Develops and manages a database.
- Supports and assists in Technology group processes as requested.
- Coordinates Special Events
- Provides measurement reports to management reflecting status of projects, costs, milestones, anticipated completion dates and identifying obstacles and plans of actions to overcome challenges to establish best common practices
- Coordinate relations with pre-qualified vendors and subcontractors as related to Badging Systems as necessary to complete projects.
- Coordinates training for all new access control system operators at the site level.
- Makes recommendations for procedures to assure systems are maintained across the Stellantis account in a uniform manner and in compliance with the CSSP and other compliance requirements such as union contracts.
- Ensures service is consistent with the Stellantis and the Contracted Security Service Agreement.
- Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical and professional manner. Must be capable of a high level of discretion, diplomacy, and tact.
Education/Experience, And Licensing Requirements
- Minimum Associate degree, or equivalent is required or the equivalent of Five (5) years of progressively responsible and related experience.
Competencies (as Demonstrated Through Experience, Training, And/or Testing)
- Experience with Access Control and Badging Systems.
- Demonstrated skills in establishing spreadsheets and word processing.
- Experience in process improvement ISO preferred.
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Excellent communication verbal, written and presentation skills for customers at all levels. Convey a professional and consistent demeanor giving confidence to the Customer
- Understanding of security’s relationship and the affected business
- Ability to be a positive and effective team member
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to identify problems in badging and access systems and to identify resolutions, including those technical in nature
- Analytical skills necessary in project coordination including cost analysis and process improvements
- Ability to maintain databases with complex data including analysis
