About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead our efforts in the Southeast U.S., one of Triton’s strongest and fastest-growing markets - particularly in the education sector.
The RSM will drive regional growth by managing relationships with channel sales partners, building new customer pipelines, and developing strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with proven sales leadership experience, especially in technology, security, or education sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Growth in the Southeast: Own sales performance, channel success, and customer satisfaction in the region
- Channel Management: Build, train, and support sales partners and system integrators to ensure deep product knowledge and sustained performance
- Customer Engagement: Work directly with school districts, hospitals, retail chains, and other end users to educate them on Triton’s value, guide product evaluations, and support successful deployments
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with industry leaders and regional influencers to drive co-marketing and co-selling opportunities
- Forecasting & Reporting: Track pipeline progress, deliver accurate forecasts, and report key learnings back to Triton’s executive team
- Market Intelligence: Provide regional feedback on customer needs, industry trends, and competitor positioning to shape Triton’s go-to-market strategy
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably with a SaaS, IoT, or security technology product
- Experience managing a channel sales model and working with systems integrators or distribution partners
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across all levels—technical, operational, and executive
- Proven ability to generate and close large opportunities in verticals like education, healthcare, or retail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deals and partners concurrently
- Willingness to travel across the Southeast region (~25–50%)
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with school security, safety technology, or physical security systems
- Experience selling to public sector customers (K-12, higher ed, healthcare)
- Based in the Southeast with existing network in the education or security space
