Salary: $145,000 - $185,000 base + Bonus/Commission (OTE of $200,000+)
Overview:
As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for leading the inside sales and outside sales departments. This is a full-time leadership role, offering flexibility in a hybrid work environment. Your primary responsibilities will focus on sales growth including: standardization of sales proposals, generating recurring monthly revenue, maintaining gross margin targets, and team growth. Additionally, you will be expected to contribute to the annual strategic plan and quarterly priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify new market opportunities and potential customers
- 25-50% Travel Required across offices located across the Southeast (TN, GA, AL, FL)
- Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Lead a team of sales managers & sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful installation and service of Preventia offerings
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology and competitor activities
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in security, technology or related sales field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Experience managing a team of sales representatives
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- History of extreme ownership and delivering with excellence
