Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 base + Bonus/Commission (OTE of $125,000+)
Overview:
As the Regional Manager of Sales for the South, you will be responsible for leading the outside sales department in your region. This is a full-time leadership role, offering flexibility in a hybrid work environment. Your primary responsibilities will focus on sales growth, development and leadership, KPI oversight, and building a team of A players. Additionally, you will be expected to contribute to the annual strategic plan and quarterly priorities.

Our mission is to deliver excellent service, help our customers feel safe and secure, and give them peace of mind. We are seeking a Regional Manager of Sales for the south to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Champion the Preventia purpose and core values.
- Perform general sales management activities
- Perform periodic “ride-alongs” with team members providing in the field training and mentoring.
- 25-50% Travel Required across offices located across the region (FL, GA, AL) and to the central office in TN
- Perform frequent pipeline reviews with team members ensuring team members are pursuing the “ideal client” based on their market.
- Ensure proposals are returned to clients in a timely manner.
- Ensure data is kept up to date and accurate
- Ensure KPIs are reported appropriately each day
- Set monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets with the Director of Sales
- Work with the Director of Sales on understanding market trends and developing strategic approaches to each Preventia Security market in your region
- Be a continuous learner and student of the art of sales.
Experience
- 2 years of experience in sales management, preferably in security, technology or related sales field OR 5 years of experience in sales with progressively more leadership responsibilities
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- History of extreme ownership and delivering with excellence
