Regional Sales Manager – Access Controls

About the Role:
My client, a global leader in smart building solutions, is seeking a highly driven Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across Texas in their Access Control division. This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional with a deep understanding of electronic security systems and a strong network in commercial real estate, critical infrastructure, or enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive regional sales strategy across Texas for access control solutions
- Manage and grow relationships with integrators, consultants, distributors, and end-users
- Identify and convert new business opportunities, especially in enterprise and large-scale commercial sectors
- Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and technical teams to deliver tailored customer solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic planning
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in B2B sales, with a strong focus on access control, security systems, or smart building tech
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a regional capacity
- Strong knowledge of access control hardware, software, and integration
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse customer base across Texas
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel across the region
