The Opportunity:
We’re looking for an experienced, commission-only Sales Executive ready to sell immediately and generate results in a high-value market. This is a hunter's role for someone who thrives on creating opportunities and closing complex deals — with full engineering and design support behind you.
This is also a path to sales leadership, with the opportunity to build and lead your own sales team as we grow.

Your Role:
- Drive new business in the commercial, industrial, and education sectors
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, site visits, proposals, and closing
- Present integrated systems built around high-performance tech
- Collaborate closely with the owner for design and pricing
- Help develop team processes and onboarding as the team expands
Who We’re Looking For:
- 3–5+ years of proven B2B security sales experience (commercial preferred)
- Existing client base or local network a strong plus
- Experience selling high-end or integrated systems is ideal
- Ability to work independently, on commission only, with confidence
- Entrepreneurial drive and readiness for leadership
