Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team, earning commissions while enhancing the safety and security of our federal, state, and commercial clients. This role involves a 60/40 split between sales and service, with on-target earnings of $150,000 (no cap). The base W2 salary is $50,000 per year.
Duties
- Maintain a base of 100 active accounts in our CRM system (HubSpot).
- Sell service offerings as defined on our website.
- Meet with clients virtually and face-to-face to effectively service accounts.
- Attend tradeshows in the NYC Metro area to find prospective clients.
- Collaborate with IT delivery team members on project statuses.
- Identify upsell opportunities by listening to IT delivery team members.
- Work with partner sales reps and engineers on sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- Military, Law Enforcement, or First Responder experience is a plus.
- Reside within 30 minutes of Livingston, New Jersey 07039 for easy commute.
- Proficiency in using software tools such as Windows 11 and Office365.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
