What You will be working on:
As a technician, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, and repairing Access Control, Video Surveillance and Intrusion systems for small, medium and large companies. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in security systems, including familiarity with equipment manufacturers such as Avigilon, Axis, Genetec, Hanwha, HID, Honeywell, Lenel, Milestone, and Salto.
Qualifications:
- Three (3) to five (5) years electronic security equipment service and repair experience with demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
- Experience with the service of low voltage cabling and electronics.
- Direct field experience servicing cameras, card readers, electric locks, intrusion detection sensors, control panels and power supplies.
- Experience servicing of one or more of the following systems preferred: Avigilon, Axis, Genetec, Hanwha, HID, Honeywell, Lenel, Milestone, Salto, and Verkada.
- Experience supporting customers via phone, remotely or onsite
- Operational knowledge of end user Local and Wide Area Networks
- Requires a current driver’s license and an unblemished motor vehicle record
