Human Resources Manager
Location: Great Falls, MT (In Office)
Salary Exempt: $53,000-$56,000/YR
Schedule: Monday - Friday / 8:00am to 5:00pm
We have an exciting OPPORTUNITY for an HR Manager based in our Great Falls, MT branch office. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, training, employee relations, workers compensation, FMLA, and basic HR functions. This role will also ensure compliance with company, Region HR policies, federal and local state laws along with miscellaneous tasks that may arise.
To ensure success in this role, the ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent active listening and communication skills, good personal presentation, politeness and tact, and be able to function in a high-pressure environment. This is a management level hands on generalist role.

Position Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
- Standard computer / technology skills needed.
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
- Must have a reliable means of communication.
- Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
- Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
