As a Receptionist on the Parker Towers team, you’ll be responsible for greeting residents and clients entering the office, supporting the General Manager, and scheduling resident move-ins.

What You Will Do
- Greet all residents and clients entering the office, and assist with requests, questions, and concerns. Follow through on all resident requests and ensures 100% satisfaction.
- Update unit tracking sheet with rented apartments and schedule resident move ins.
- Support the General Managers by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; scheduling appointments.
- Organize and maintain lobby area to present a neat and efficient appearance.
- Answer high volume phone calls, Kipsu chat, emails, walk-ins (residents and prospective residents) and REX cases.
- Move-in (Welcome Experience)
- Inquiries – work orders (opening work orders, scheduling, coordinating access), general complaints, service requests (3-year paint, special projects, reasonable accommodations), extermination, gym inquiries, event inquiries, storage (verify availability, creating agreement, communicating lease charges, providing access)
- Pet registration: Verify information (vaccination information, photo, service animal/emotion support documentation), Pet rider and communicate for any other information needed, sign pet rider and communicate lease charge.
- Add/Remove Occupant
- Key Fob – Updating access as needed, add/remove residents, replacements.
- Rent and Landlord verification letters.
- Photocopying and scanning documents into resident databases (Yardi, REX, etc…) as well as file documents for accurate record keeping.
Move-in (Welcome Experience)
Facilitate move-in process. Collect move-in documents, reserve elevator, ensure keys are ready.
- Updating Tracking Sheet
- Reaching out to resident to schedule move-in/Schedule elevators
- Alternative accommodations
- Obtaining COIs/Self-Move statements
- Ensure keys are ready for pickup.
- Provide Key fob.
- Greet residents.
- Amenity bags
Move-Out Process
- Update Tracking Sheet
- Schedule pre-move out inspections with resident and RM
- Schedule elevators
- Collect move-out packet (COI’s, EFT Information, Forwarding Address, Vacate Notification)
- Answer billing related inquiries (prorated amount, final electricity, pay final balance, communicate with former residents within three (3) days of lease end with full break down of damages (if any), photos, and all relevant information pertaining to deposit refund.)

Gym/Parker Play Membership
- Provide general information for gym/Parker Play inquiries.
- Walk residents through sign up process.
- Adjust accounts accordingly.
- Provide key fob access.
- Handle all inquiries regarding payments, disputes, and changes in membership.
- Cancel Brivo once memberships are cancelled.
Amenity Events
- Provide general information about event spaces.
- Walk spaces with residents.
- Contact PT Lifestyle to provide follow-up to residents.
- Ensure the space is ready for the event.
- Clean-up space post event
Resident Events
- Coordinate the storage and distribution of supplies for events.
- Provide setup and dismantling after events.
What You Should Have
- Basic Understanding (0-3 Years) experience in Hospitality
- The ability to connect with others to keep the team aligned and focused.
- An analytical ability to collect and use information to solve complex problems.
- The discipline and willingness to do what needs to be done.
- A love for doing what others won’t and solving difficult problems.
- A desire to grow and take on ever increasing responsibility.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Doing any, or all of that, in a multi-family environment would be good too.

Hourly Rate: $22.50
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience & location.
