We are currently seeking a
Corporate & Licensing Administrative Assistant to join our corporate team. This position plays a vital role in supporting administrative operations and ensuring compliance with licensing requirements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Compensation And Benefits
Depending on experience, Securitas will offer a salary between $30 per hour, in addition to a full benefits package that includes:
- Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
- 10 accrued vacation days, 4 floating holidays, and 5 sick days
- This is a hybrid position
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with corporate and regulatory licensing applications, renewals, and compliance tracking.
- Maintain accurate records of corporate and licensing documents, ensuring timely updates.
- Prepare, review, and submit licensing-related paperwork to regulatory agencies.
- Research and stay up to date on licensing requirements and changes in regulations.
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Organize and maintain corporate records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure smooth licensing processes.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to licensing and corporate activities.
- Support the legal or compliance team with audits, filings, and document preparation as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in administrative support, licensing, compliance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of corporate governance, business licensing, or regulatory compliance is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a corporate environment.
