I'm currently working with a client of mine in the Utilities / Critical Infrastructure industry who are hiring for a Physical Security Engineer to join their IT Security team. This is a great opportunity for the right person to join a very stable company that provides great benefits and room for technical development. This role would greatly benefit from someone with an IT background or foundation.
- Ability to come into the office 3x/week in Tucker, GA (flexible schedule provided)
- 6+ years of experience with physical security monitoring systems - i.e., HID badge readers, access control systems, Axis cameras, door controllers, badges, alarm systems, etc.
- Experience with Honeywell Pro-Watch or Genetec
- Ability to communicate with various teams to create relationships with the Project Managers running physical security projects
- Good background and understanding of IT infrastructure
- NERC CIP highly desired
