🚨 We're Hiring: OTM Lead Consultant 🚨
📍 Location: Hybrid (Oklahoma preferred)

We’re looking for an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Functional Consultant to join our team in a hybrid capacity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of OTM full-cycle implementations and be comfortable leading solution design and stakeholder engagement.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle OTM implementations (at least 3 projects as a functional/solution lead).
- Gather and analyze business requirements, perform gap analysis, map solutions to OTM functionality.
- Design and configure OTM solutions, conduct CRP sessions, and ensure successful delivery.
- Work closely with stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and align solutions with business goals.
- Lead teams, provide guidance, and manage delivery quality.
- Collaborate on-site as needed; travel flexibility is required.
✅ Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience with OTM implementations.
- 9–12 years overall experience, with a background in 3PL/4PL or freight forwarding considered a plus.
- Strong functional and technical understanding of Oracle OTM.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in customer-facing roles and leading implementations independently.
