The Regional Program Manager (RPM) acts as the primary strategic security advisor and business leader for an assigned global client account. This role demands full ownership of account management, including client relations, financial oversight (P&L), program innovation, and team leadership. The RPM serves as a bridge between the client’s vision and the operational delivery of security services across multiple regions and locations.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility position for a senior leader with the ability to manage complex portfolios, influence global strategy, and proactively evolve security operations in alignment with the client’s organizational goals.

What You’ll Do
Client & Program Leadership
- Serve as the primary client liaison and trusted advisor for all security-related matters
- Translate client objectives into executable security strategies across global sites
- Drive strategic planning, risk mitigation, and program innovation
- Lead collaborative discussions and QBRs to ensure alignment with client KPIs and long-term objectives
Full P&L Ownership
- Develop and manage multi-million-dollar budgets for guard services, technology deployments, and contract compliance
- Analyze financial reports and operational metrics to improve profitability, performance, and cost control
- Track productivity, service-level agreements, and resource allocation
Global Coordination & Standardization
- Build and lead a scalable global security framework aligned with Securitas and client expectations
- Foster strong partnerships across domestic and international Securitas branches and alliance partners
- Drive consistency in global service delivery while remaining adaptable to local regulatory, cultural, and operational variances
Operational & Risk Management
- Conduct and oversee comprehensive Security Risk Reviews using industry-standard and client-specific tools
- Lead the implementation of proactive safety and emergency programs, coordinate resources for special events, crises, or escalations
- Maintain contract compliance, post orders, SOPs, and emergency protocols across the entire portfolio
Team Development & Resource Management
- Ensure appropriate staffing models are implemented to meet client needs while controlling labor costs
- Coach, mentor, and support site managers and regional leaders across locations
- Drive a culture of high performance, retention, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Strategic Planning & Innovation
- Lead global budget planning processes in partnership with client stakeholders
- Identify gaps and introduce operational enhancements, technologies, and efficiencies
- Act as a change agent, continuously refining processes to elevate quality and consistency of service delivery
Key Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree required (Business, Criminal Justice, or related field preferred)
- Minimum of 8 years’ leadership experience in security operations, corporate services, hospitality, or related industries
- Law Enforcement and/or Military experience preferred
- Proven record of managing large, complex accounts across multiple geographies
Technical & Business Skills:
- Advanced understanding of security program development and crisis response planning
- Strong knowledge of business administration, including budgeting, contract negotiation, and financial performance
- Skilled in using metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and visualization tools for decision-making
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and data tracking tools
