As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a proactive, data-driven Marketing Manager to spearhead our paid advertising initiatives and support regional marketing strategies. This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative, fast-paced team where your creativity, curiosity, and analytical skills will directly influence our brand presence and growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Paid Media Campaigns: Develop, manage, and optimize multi-channel advertising campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and traditional print media.
- Budget Oversight: Manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI and ensure cost-effective strategies.
- Event Marketing Support: Partner with the sales team to create promotional materials and messaging for trade shows and industry events.
- Creative Development: Design visually compelling ads using tools like Canva and InDesign.
- Email Marketing: Plan and execute email campaigns that nurture leads, engage customers, and support business objectives.
- Competitive Research: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously explore emerging tools and advertising platforms to innovate and improve marketing performance.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in paid advertising campaign management, including digital and print.
- Proficiency in ad creative tools such as Canva and Adobe InDesign.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to interpret marketing data.
- Excellent storytelling skills with a balance of creativity and strategic thinking across short and long-form content.
- Experience in email marketing platforms and a curious mindset toward adopting new technologies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Highly organized with strong project management abilities.
- Passion for innovation and staying ahead of marketing trends.
