EyeOTmonitor helps physical‑security integrators and WISPs monitor every camera, radio, switch, and site—combining auto‑discovered topology & geo maps, deep device telemetry, and Image‑Assure (camera image‑quality alerts). Customers include Fortune‑level and public‑sector deployments; ARR is growing and we’re scaling our go‑to‑market.
The Role
Own new ARR from physical‑security systems integrators. You’ll prospect alongside rep firms, run consultative demos, stand up fast pilots, and close multi‑site rollouts (cities, campuses, retail).
What you’ll do
- Pipeline & prospecting: Work your network of SIs (PSA/ASIS communities, Milestone/Genetec ecosystem) and co‑sell with our rep firms; run targeted LinkedIn ABM.
- Demos & pilots: Deliver crisp 15–30 min demos (geo map → topology → telemetry → Image‑Assure); scope and run 30‑day pilots with clear success criteria.
- Deals: Own the cycle end‑to‑end (discovery, business case, security/legal, pricing); land‑and‑expand across end‑customer sites.
- Partner motion: Enable integrators to package EyeOTmonitor into managed services; drive deal‑reg, training, and QBRs.
- Forecasting: Maintain clean HubSpot hygiene; weekly pipeline updates and commit accuracy.
- Feedback loop: Bring field feedback on Auto‑Discovery (Sept), Linux agent (Q4), and VMS integrations to product.
What success looks like (30/60/90)
- 30 days: 100+ targeted SI contacts engaged, 10+ first meetings set, demo certified on our flow.
- 60 days: 6+ active pilots, $250k qualified pipeline, 1–2 technical wins.
- 90 days: 2+ new logos closed or in procurement; repeatable partner-led motion with at least one rep firm.
What you’ve done
- 5–10 years selling SaaS or software to security integrators (VMS, PSIM, analytics, or NMS).
- Credible relationships across Milestone/Genetec ecosystems and SI communities; comfortable with deal‑reg and co‑selling.
- Proven closer on $25k–$250k ACV, multi‑stakeholder deals (Ops/Service leaders).
- Can demo at light‑technical depth (SNMP/RTSP basics, network and camera context).
- Tools: HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo (or similar).
Nice to have: Knowledge of camera/VMS workflows, RTSP, SNMP, Cradlepoint; familiarity with WISP radios (Ubiquiti, Cambium, Mikrotik).
