Job Description
The Academy Core team is a part of the US Marketing organization and is responsible for customer education sales and training administration. The Academy Team is looking for a thorough and creative
Academy Intern to help execute operations projects and administration for national training classes. Duties will include coordination and registration administration of classroom trainings in North America, and supporting the Senior Academy Coordinator with day to day operational tasks.
The North American Axis Communications’ Academy includes instructor led training (ILT), webinars and eLearning, with more than 8,000 partners and customers trained annually.
This is a paid part-time internship based out of our Chelmsford, MA office. Hourly rate is: $16/hr (non-negotiable) with a possibility to work remotely 1 day/week.
What you’ll do:
- Update internal web page
- Create rosters for upcoming training events
- Update daily report of training event registrations
- Collect attendee shipping addresses for virtual training events
- Lead entry into CRM/Salesforce
- Kahoot
- Edit flyers and other marketing collateral
- Proctoring as needed
- Assist with ad hoc LMS administrative tasks as needed
- Create social media posts
What you’ll need:
- Business coursework / interest
- Social media savviness
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to details and demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent planning, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
We'd love to hear that you have/are:
- Working towards BS/BA degree in Marketing or related field
- 0-1 years of relevant marketing experience
- Currently in school pursuing Bachelors degree
