Summary:
The Vice President, Sales Americas East is an experienced business professional with demonstrated ability to proactively create, cultivate and grow a sales team that delivers exceptional results with Brivo’s channel partners. This role includes managing a team dedicated to growing sales with our channel partners and fostering close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the sales organizations efficient operation and success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Regional Sales Directors who have responsibility for teams of regional salespeople
- Sustain and extend our highly effective, dynamic, team oriented culture and foster a successful and positive team environment
- Ensure the achievement of assigned personal and team revenue and other business targets
- Create and enhance relationships with Brivo’s channel partners, Key Accounts, Alliance Partners and technology partners
- Ensure the team’s continued professional development and organize onboarding for new team members
- Develop and monitor metrics to measure performance and achieve quotas
- Prepare sales forecasts and growth plans
- Establish and report on metrics to measure team performance and correct deficiencies where necessary
- Ensure that sales plans are aligned with and support the company revenue goals
- Provide leadership to the sales organization in implementing sales organization objectives that align with Brivo’s business goals
- Oversee the hiring and development of your sales team
- Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s influence within those accounts
- Be a role model for the company culture
Requirements:
- Reside in a major metropolitan area within the East Region
- 15+ years of direct sales experience preferably within the security industry, SaaS, software sales, or information security
- 10+ years of sales management experience leading Commercial/Enterprise Sales and Channel organizations
- Demonstrated track record of success meeting assigned sales quotas on a consistent basis
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Present ideas, expectations and information in a concise, professional and well organized manner
- Process, data driven sales background. Strong experience with Salesforce.com, and building track-able, repeatable sales processes
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree
The compensation package for this full-time position includes a base salary range of $185,000 - $200,000 ($329,791 - $344,791 OTE). Individual compensation packages are based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, training, and market conditions.
