The Director of Channel Sales is a strategic leadership role that is responsible for driving revenue growth through channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and manage a structured partner program, including incentive plans, training, and performance metrics.
- Lead and motivate the channel sales team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional results.
- Collaborate with marketing, product and customer success teams to develop joint go-to-market strategies.
- Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success and adjust strategies as needed.
