Control Risks' Embedded Consulting Services practice in searching for an embedded Physical Security Project Manager to support a large tech client's Physical Security Systems & Technology Team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate and facilitate physical security systems service program. Including: routine service, preventive & reactive maintenance, and system operations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for guard teams, facilities, IT, and security system vendors.
- Organize and conduct vendor meetings to ensure that service performance aligns with the client's operational cadence, policies, and standards.
- Track & analyze service program related metrics, reports, trends, vendor performance, and provide weekly reports to leadership.
- Conduct weekly system health checks on access control and video monitoring systems.
- Coordinate & track all service calls across the Americas region.
- Operate access control systems to support security/event needs.
- Ensure all standards are followed when working with technicians to close tickets.
- Work with the security system integrator to ensure that vendors handle the issues raised by internal teams in a timely way. Record the issues and give management weekly status updates.
- Plan and mitigate risk during small projects and service calls by partnering closely with the Physical Security operations team.
- Be a great communicator who proactively keeps key stakeholders informed in the service program and during small projects.
- Experience coordinating among partner teams with different backgrounds and within a fast-paced working environment.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of experience with enterprise-level security systems (such as access control, video surveillance, intercom systems, etc.).
- Lenel OnGuard Certification (Advanced access or higher).
- Be able to travel within the region 20 - 30% of the time.
- Have a good understanding of security systems industry design and installation standards to meet the Client's requirements.
- Experience in managing service calls and providing detailed notes within a ticketing platform.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Avigilon Control Center Certification.
- Understanding of cybersecurity practices.
- Experience in managing small projects related to moving, adding, or changing security devices.
