Distribution Operations Team’s mission is to guide
Axis’ Distributor Partners to develop and maintain effective inventory levels across the entire product portfolio – while collaborating with key stakeholders to support strategic initiatives, striving for Operational Excellence
Axis’ Distribution Operations team is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Distribution Operations Account Manager to manage distribution relations with one of our largest distributors. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining effective inventory levels, analyzing complex data sets, and guiding strategic directives. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, build and maintain strong relationships, and drive results-oriented solutions.
What You’ll Do Here…
- Analyze and Inform Business Decisions: Analyze data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive operational excellence.
- Build and Nurture Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive partnership outcomes, resolve issues, and ensure seamless communication.
- Strategic project management: Manage multiple end-customer projects with sales and distribution partners, working closely with Demand & Supply Planning to ensure forecasting as needed and high customer satisfaction.
- Communicate Effectively with Stakeholders: Develop and deliver clear, concise, and actionable messages to distributors, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and decision-making.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement, develop and implement solutions, and drive cultural change to ensure operational excellence and drive business outcomes.

Pay Range:
The approximate pay range for this location and position is $83,000-$88,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as physical work location within the state.
We’d love to hear that you have/ are:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, such as distribution operations, supply chain management, or a related field with focus on analytics, relationships and communication
- Self-motivation and accountability
- Excellent communication, organization, and excel skills
