About the Role:
We’re looking for a deeply entrepreneurial
Senior Engineer to help us scale both product and go-to-market. You’ll work across the stack and across the company — shipping features that deliver outsized value, owning major infrastructure and product decisions, and building systems that help us onboard and retain customers faster.
Our vision is to deliver a revenue-generating machine — “plug this in, and we’ll power & supercharge your GTM function.” We’re on the path, but there’s a ton to build.
This is a high-leverage, high-ownership role. You'll be deeply involved in everything from feature development to architecture to sales strategy — and you'll work directly with customers to make it all land.
What You'll Do
- Own large pieces of product development — from backend architecture to frontend UX to user onboarding flows.
- Talk to users and pilot customers regularly, collecting feedback and turning insights into product improvements.
- Work with large datasets and LLM pipelines to deliver personalized, real-time actions to GTM teams.
- Collaborate with the team to define engineering architecture, prioritize features, and unblock scale.
- Build tools and systems to streamline onboarding and make customer success more self-serve.
- Weigh in on go-to-market strategy — who we target, how we pitch, what metrics we prioritize — and build accordingly.
What a Typical Week Might Look Like
- Ship a high-impact feature that makes the product dramatically more useful to reps.
- Jump on a customer call to debug a data onboarding issue and find a path to value.
- Refactor an internal LLM pipeline to increase throughput and reduce latency.
- Brainstorm GTM questions with the team — e.g., how should we qualify leads? What’s the best way to run a POC?
- Build a new internal tool that makes sales onboarding 10x faster.
- Propose a shift in roadmap based on customer needs and technical complexity.
Who You Are
- Builder with Depth – 5–7+ years experience in full-stack, infra, or ML roles. You’ve built complex systems and shipped customer-facing products end-to-end.
- LLM/ML Curious – You have strong technical fundamentals and have worked with — or are excited to work with — LLMs and ML pipelines.
- Extreme Ownership – You move fast, take initiative, and love turning chaos into clarity. You’ve owned architecture and product decisions in past roles.
- Customer Obsessed – You love talking to users, making them successful, and sweating the edge cases.
- High Slope – You’re always learning, always experimenting, and always raising the bar.
- Cross-Functional Communicator – You collaborate fluidly across engineering, product, sales, and success.
Bonus Points
- Prior experience as a founder or in an early-stage, high-growth startup.
- Built or scaled internal tooling or onboarding infrastructure.
- Owned delivery of technical products directly to end users.
- Background in data-heavy systems or ML model productionization.

The base salary range for this full-time position based in New York is: $160,000 - $200,000. This position is eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Actively AI's applicable plans.
