A leading private equity firm with over $50 billion in assets under management is seeking a high-performing Executive Assistant to support its Capital Formation team. The firm specializes in investing in technology-driven companies that operate at the intersection of government and commercial markets. THE ROLE
This Executive Assistant role offers a unique opportunity to partner closely with a dynamic, high-performing Capital Formation team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting senior professionals by managing a broad range of administrative and logistical responsibilities that are critical to effective investor engagement and team operations. This position is best suited for a resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings a high degree of professionalism, and consistently delivers with urgency, precision, and discretion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating complex domestic and international travel, including investor roadshows, conferences, and events
- Managing dynamic calendars for senior leaders with constant schedule changes across multiple time zones
- Supporting the planning and execution of investor-facing events such as webinars, annual meetings, and conferences
- Processing travel and business-related expenses accurately and on time
- Preparing, editing, and binding PowerPoint presentations and professional correspondence
- Maintaining CRM databases with investor and prospect interactions and follow-ups
- Acting as a liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders with professionalism and discretion
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will:
- Have 4–8 years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally in private equity, capital raising, investment banking, or investor relations
- Be proficient in CRM tools (e.g., DealCloud, Salesforce) and familiar with investor engagement workflows
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle high-pressure environments
- Be an independent, self-starter with a collaborative attitude and a willingness to take on a range of tasks
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high level of discretion
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Approach tasks with a high degree of professionalism, integrity, and responsiveness
THE COMP/BENEFITS
- Base salary range: $120,000–$140,000, commensurate with experience
- Eligible for performance-based discretionary bonus
- Full-time, in-office role (Monday–Friday)
